I have seen auction after auction of people selling pounds of coins from what is called the "German BUNDESBANK" .
I dont want to buy coins that have been picked through. I want to be able to buy my own bags of these coins.
Does anyone know the source(s) where I can buy these coins for MY OWN personal collection ? Please let me know.
I greatly appreciate any information.

I have not gone on any auction sites in sometime. It sounds like the German central bank is selling coins by the bag. They might be the old coins from before the country went on the Euro. Unless you are a date collector of German coins I see no use for these coins. Have you tried to get a hold of the people selling the coins to find out just what they are? They could also be selling them for the metal content. They will all be German coins, you can do much better in buy world coins by the pound from U.S. dealers, at least you get a good mix of countries not just one. See coin World or Numismatic news weekly coin papers for ads on this.

Go to a coin show or a local dealer and look through their "junk" boxes. It is usually cheaper than ebay.
