In you relationship or on your job?

yea. i have. not so much on my job. i get dissappointed in myself for both though. when i do sumthin stupid and screw it up. but in relationships when its like you cant move anywhere, your scared to move foward and let some one know a little bit more of you but your terrified of losing them if you dont. when it feels like you are just stuck with nowhere to go.
Now do you ever find urself in a rut?

Well...I am not in a relationship and I don't work outside home....but I do get into a rut, where it seems that I cook the same thing over and over.

Neither of those you mentioned... but life in general is a big rut for me (sigh).
