for me its from benchwarmers! where clark was trying to get richie to go to play baseball with him and gus...and clark's like 'that would make me a liar richie! and that is not what im about!!!!' (or something like that) and richie said 'ok daytime emmy!' lol! it cracked me up! i love it!♥

Its not necessarily the funniest, but I get tickled every time I hear it.

I have two absolute favorites, and they're both from "Young Frankenstein."
The first is the running gag of the name "Frau Blucher" making the horses neigh.
The second is Frau Blucher telling them, "Stay close to the candles -- the staircase can be treacherous," and the candles aren't lit.
Silly, and ludicrous, and sublimely funny.

Actually just about any quote from Red Dwarf always cracks me up.
Edit: Best one though is still by Kryton (after watching several hours of Rimmer's slideshow on telegraph poles): "Can we please take a break for a while, sir... it appears my intelligence circuits have melted"!

actually i just seen chuck and larry and one of the funnist parts was like "sniff ur thumb" and the other was like "it smells like plastic" and he looks up and sees a blowup doll
