Any longitude
0 degrees latitude
Longitude measures east and west.
Latitude measures north and south.
0 degrees latitude is the equator.
180 degrees north (latitude) is the North Pole.
180 degrees south (latitude) is the South Pole.
0 degrees longitude is the Prime Meridian. The Primer Meridian was designed to cross Grenwich, England.
The equator is located around the thickest horizontal cross-section of the globe. A country, Ecuador, in Southern America is named so because the equator runs through it.

The earth's equator is that great circle(centre of the great circle coincides with the centre of the sphere and the great circle divides the sphere equally) whose plane is perpendicular to the earth's axis of rotation(polar axis) equidistant from north pole and south pole. The latitude is zero degree.
The celestial equator is that great circle whose plane is perpendicular to the line joining the celestial poles. The celestial poles are above the geometric poles.

I can't tell...everything is either north or south of the equator. It is almost like it is an imaginary line that circles the planet. It's called sarcasm...deal with it, and that was a pretty dumb question!!
