Believe it or not... I write them down! I have this journal I take with me at all times (I am a writer and well, I get ideas all the time that I just can't afford to lose...) and I write them there... *hehe*

i actually dont ask random questions on here so no..its usually when somethings wrong or i need to clear my mind so it just comes out as it is.
