If we accept that other universes may exist, our messages may already be on the way. To have another life understand the signals we are sending out is another story.

Physics has already posited more than the four standard dimensions. What's to say that some of the additional dimensions do not overlap into alternate universes as well? That could possibly explain why they remain theoretical dimensions. They exist primarily in another realm, and thus cannot be created or detected with current technology.

Then there is the Black Hole question... where does the matter and energy which gets sucked into a black hole go? Is there another side that lets it back out again?

By definition, the "universe" is everything. There is no "outside" of the universe because the outside would also be part of the universe.

Could there be other universes? No. Again, if we discovered other "universes", it would mean that what we currently consider as the universe would actually be only a part of the universe.

Aside from the answer of prayer (which is a good answer), we don't even know whether 'outside of this universe' is a meaningful concept. We don't know if our universe is topologically closed. We don't know if our universe is the only one. We don't know if our universe might overlap others in spatial dimensions higher than our familiar three. So, your question is very, very premature. Watch for developments in M-brane theory, but don't hold your breath.

of course no one knows for sure, but the generally-accepted answer is "no... at least not to our knowledge"

it is believed that light and matter cannot pass outside of the universe, and that the universe sort of loops in on itself so you couldn't travel out of it... so no information could really get out.

but parallel universe theories (getting into complete speculation) says that *perhaps* there is a way of using gravity or other signals to communicate with another universe... but this is far beyond our capabilities... although Isaac Asimov did write a book about it

I once saw something on how to time travel and teleport that was theoretically possible. It involved creating a universe around your ship, so that you are in a different universe. So, yes, I guess it is possible.

Of course, you could never get back to this universe. Win some, Loose some.

Yes you can see when you die your spiritual energy you use everyday to send electrical messages through your body and use to dream is past on to the afterlife dreamstate wich then you are judged by those memories sentenced to hell heaven or left here to collect souls for your passing for the next life lived with those memories to morph and dream up the memories to in heaven feel better or in hell see and feel worse

I'm pretty sure you can send it in frequency waves, the question is who would receive it.
