I don't know what a wibble is, but I know you can nibble kibble, so by that rationale, yes it is. But according to your question, not necessarily. All we can say for sure is that a kibble and a nibble are two types of wibble. I don't know why so many people got that wrong.

If a kibble is a wibble and nibble is a wibble then it means that wibbles can have more than one identity in its set. Since it did not say all kibbles are wibbles and all nibbles are wibbles I would say no.
