About the date change for Harry's move from Privot drive?

I think Dumbledore knew before he died, so he was probably the person who came up with the plan.

I think probably from mungedous (spelling?!)
Cause snape had to put the curse on him to tell the other people to use the Plyjuice potion.
He might have poisoned him to tell?

Or, if they made the plans in the order of the phoenix headquarters, then it might have been the old slytherian headmaster (from the portrait), since he knew what snape and dumbledore were planning, and it wasnt bad.

I dont think they really say though, do they?

Dumbledore told Snape because he wanted Snape to appear well informed therefore keeping Lord Voldemort's trust.

Dumbledore was the leader of the order and may have planned that change of date himself before he died. And Snape obviously had some control/influence with Mundungus to make sure it stayed in effect.

Yeah I'd say from good old Dung. Knew right when something went awry that Dung was up to it. Willingly or not.
