1 paperback 2-7 hardcover, 5 was deluxe and so was 7 i think

I have all of mine in Hardcover and if it counts number 6 is in deluxe edition

Only the seventh is hard cover, I couldn't wait and risk being exposed to a spoiler while I waited for the paperback.
