Rust proofing package is still under warranty but the rust proofing company will not fix for free. They are saying it is just surface rust. Auto repair shops I have taken it to say it will rust through in a matter of weeks.

You can find the contact info in the back of your owners manual.Or ask any chevy dealership service manager to see the factory rep for your zone.The factory rep will have you come to the dealership and inspect your car.He is the one person that can make all things happen to correct this problem.Hope this helps,Best of luck with your cavalier.

take it to a diffferent gm dealer and or contact general motors for assistance.
