Just keep practicing and you'll get better...also stretch, like when you are watching TV.

You'll eventually get better if you practice!

I hope this helps.

ok so you could maybe want to become more flexible or you want to just improve for the cartwheel ok maybe you here this from everyone but just practice practice practice and really that'll help in everything and if you want to become more flexible:
Steps
Get nice comfortable clothing that clings to your body well.
Practice at least twice a day .
Start step by step. Don't go full on right away, you could strain yourself or get injured.
If you want to be more flexible, first find the part of your body you need to flex.
Then, bend it as far as you're comfortable with.
If you need your back stretched do a bridge and walk your legs up as close to your hands as possible. Also try keeping your feet together and your legs straight.
If you want your legs, then practice splits or pull your legs up as far to the side as you can.
Stretch your arms to one side and pull gently over.

Tips
If you feel a big stretch go with it until you don't feel it any more.
You can stretch, lift weights or practice cartwheels and round-offs, while watching TV. Especially if you are stretching it can take your mind off it.
Don't over-stretch.
While you're stretching wear slightly warmer clothes so your muscles don't freeze.
Once you have mastered a leg stretch, try keeping your back straight on the ground, or your leg.
Once you have mastered your splits put your arms out to the side.
Create a routine for yourself and stick to it, practicing it for about 30 minutes or so each day.
Practice. All the time. Otherwise you will not get any better. For instance if you want to do a split, practice!!!

Warnings
Don't ever do dangerous skills such as a front flip or a back handspring without supervision by a coach.
Always stretch before you start, you can seriously damage yourself.
Be careful! please
Always us commonsense - we're all given a lot of it, so exercise it.
Be careful when you stretch. You should never be in extreme pain, but you should feel a good stretch

Everyone has put great tips on here so I just say practice hard and you might want to start taking a tumbling class if you arent taking one alredy.

Also, if you are part of a squad. Maybe the whole squad should go to a class once a week. Thats what my squad does. ;)

I was extremely uncoordinated and inflexibe. But, if every morning, for say, you strtch at least for 30 minutes, you will gradually get better. For stunts wise, You may want to take tumbling classes that teach you the correct tecnique.

Just do them over and over and over. It may take thousands of cartwheels before they are perfect. http://www.geocities.com/aescougarcheer/basics.htm#td

well you have to be flexible at all 3 splits if you can do those then it would be your arms when you support your self and keep your feet as straight as possible push your body as you go (same with backflip)
