i wear mine with a lot of stuff ranging from skirts to dresses, pants, jeans, etc. normally in summer i wear them with my long knee length dressy type bermuda shorts. black, khaki and black with white pinstripes. In the fall I switch to dressier capri style slacks and the winter with my normal dress slacks. Even jeans can work with the right top.
