I'm sure you aren't as stupid as you claim to be but just in case you are you need to drain the gas tank then disconnect your fuel line from the carburetor or fuel injection. Turn the motor with the starter till it all pumps out of the line and into a container. Throw this crap away.Hook your gas line back up.Then walk to the gas station and buy a can of gas. Put it in your car and it should start after a few minutes of turning. Unless the bleach ate the rubber parts out of your fuel pump.
If this doesn't work add a couple of gallons of grape Kool-aid.
What size vinegar did you buy? It shouldn't be enough to fill your tank. I think vinegar cost more per gallon than gas. Vinegar isn't flamable. Neither is bleach. They won't burn in an engine.
If you're that big an idiot you should spend the $500 and get it fixed by somebody that's not as stupid as you. That sounds like an accurate estimate to me.
Cecil may be joking but water will work in an automatic transmission. If it gets too hot it will boil over from the dipstick and it won't work below 32 degrees. I did it once. It worked all summer. I junked it before it froze.

As far as I'm aware vinegar isn't even flammable. And yes you really did screw up...BIG TIME.... the only thing you could do is drain the fuel tank and fuel line and try putting fresh GASOLINE in the tank. That is about all YOU can do....If that doesn't work the engine may need some work.

Good Job Genius. Call a tow truck. Have them take it to a repair shop. And dish out the money to get it fixed.
That bill you get will be todays lesson in - Being A Dumbass 101

man, you're stupid. i thought only 21b's were dumb enough to do things like that. but since you have proved me wrong, i will answer your question. change your fuel filters, drain your fuel lines and tank, use clean fuel to clean the fuel lines out, and change the fuel injectors and spark plugs. or push it off a cliff. that might be a little cheaper.

just add 2 gallons of water to the transmission and the car should run fine. This can't be a real question, but it was funny.

dummy.
Now you have to get rid of it.
Want a car that gets good MPG and able to make your own fuel?
Get a Diesel.
And I think you were looking for 4carbon, not 4 ancillicilicates!!
