Having spent more than twelve years with an airline, the 24 hr clock is the more natural to me. I find it useful here on Yahoo! Answers, too, in judging what time slot everyone is in compared to UT and my time slot. (UT+ 6:30). (I have Skype.)

12-hour. you'll just confuse me to death with the 24 hour thing. i dont get it when my sis uses it for the Navy.
