The wires are still connected, and the mirror is not broken. The whole mirror structure is still in contact.
Where can I buy a new one, do I need to buy a new one? Is there a website that shows me how to install it?

Are you saying you hit something and it was knocked off and is hanging there? That is why they call them break-away mirrors.

If you take off the inner plastic panel on the driver side door you can see where the mirror holding part fastens to the door. What you need to do is push that mirror back so it snaps into place again. However since one of the retaining pins is snapped it will not stay there tightly.

Next drill a small hole from the inside part way through the plastic of the mirror holder. Put in a self tapping screw to hold that part tight again. Then put the covering back on.

Total cost zero. Alternative is to take off the old one, unplug the wires, get a new one over the internet and attach that one into place from the inside and put the plastic cover back on. Total cost about $100. Not much difference in results.

Go to your local discount auto parts store and talk with one of the people there. They can advise you or look up the information for you. You could call your local Saturn dealer and ask the parts people for that information also. I am sure they would like to charge you an arm and leg but you might be able to purchase what you need from them also. Is it mounted by a set screw or how is it mounted? Look it over, perhaps it is something really simple to fix.

Any Saturn or GM dealer service department or body store can tell you if the mirror can be remounted. If not , their parts department can sell or order the part if not in stock for you. The next place of purchase would be the local salvage yard.
