It depends on what kind of lizard it is. Most baby lizards need tiny, gutloaded crickets (not wild caught). You also need a heat source at correct temperatures and a UVB bulb on for 12 hours a day (again, depends on species). Some need higher humidity than others. Research the breed and find out proper care. Wild caught may not make good pets. Also, vet check for parasites.

Do you know what kind of lizard it is? Regardless it will need heat, UVB, water and food. The tricky part will be finding food small enough. Most pet stores carry small crickets if you can do that. Depending on the type it might not be a baby. Many North American saurians stay very small throughout their life!

Not all lizards eat insects. Since this was a wild caught lizard, I would suggest that you release it back into the wild. The majority of wild caught reptiles will die instead of thrive out of their natural habitat.

If your Lizard is a baby, you need to put it in a cage with some crickets.

You need to get like, a humidified glass cage and you need to get crickets and stuff, because that's what they eat. Check with your local vet or pet store for more info and the best stuff to get.
