I'm doing this entry form contest and the rules says "There is a limit of one Official Entry Form per person, per household, per day. If more than one entry per day is submitted, all entries from that person for that day will be disqualified." Does this mean that two people with the same address can apply the same day or does it mean that one address can only be submitted once a day. In other words, does the address or does person's name have to change? Thank you

I believe the person's name has to change. Because, it would not be fair if we rented say a house that was converted into apartments and there was 3 and only one person could do it.
I say each of you can do it, Susie once a day every day and John can do it once a day every day.

it means that NO entries from the same person, or same household (address) or in the same day can be made.
so ONCE A DAY, but it seems that you can reapply the next day...
