Hey everyone, I'm supposed to take acidophilus but it's very inconvenient since I'm always on the go. I'm wondering whether I can carry it in my purse for a few hours.

It can vary from brand to brand. There are some that are designed so that they don't have to stay in the fridge. To find out which ones try contacting a local health food store as well to see what they say.
