You may be referring to the theories of Thomas Malthus, perhaps called Malthusian population dynamics.

Never heard of it. I can think of no good grounds for such a theory. The population growth rate will decline as world wealth increases, but there is nothing beyond empirical evidence to suggest the rate at which that may occur.

because people are dieing much earlier then they every have before and with all the bad things people eat and the condition of our food source and all the chemicals that is in our food that is killing us this is why we are dieing and most of the population will be over sixty five.
