a few months back when i was at school.. this black kid and me got in a verbal fight and he told me "get your pale white a ss back to europe" so i told him: "get your burned black a ss back to africa".. he got mad at me and told my Black princapl...

so i nearly got in huge trouble over that one.. the princapl called me racist and said if i make a racist comment like that again ill be in big trouble.. even though i told him that he made a racist comment first.. he dident care the black kid dident get nothing said to him

do you think i was wrong? or he should of got in trouble also? what do you think should of happened?

You both should have gotten in trouble but you shouldn't have stooped to his level; that's where you messed up; I would've said he was completely at fault if you had not said that but he was still wrong for what he said and initiating it

I think you should get out of that school as fast as possible and enroll in a private Catholic school (ignore the religious teachings there though, or in any private school), or some other private school. It's not too expensive and they do have tuition help if people need it. You won't be subjected to that sort of thing there.

You're never going to have any justice in that school where you are now, and it sounds like a place that isn't doing its job to keep the kids safe.

You were wrong to treat anger with anger. That never works. Neither does the argument "he did it first." That just shows juvenile thinking. Still, you both should have been talked to about intolerance. Keeping your head when you are angry isn't easy I know but it will serve you best in the long run.

BTW I don't think your remark was racist. The burned part might have been a bit much but all in all I see nothing in it that showed a racial bias.

I would suggest, that if possible you go to him and apologize. Don't expect anything in return but it might happen.

total double standard. there is alot of bad history with the whole africa thing though. peope in general need to get off of race. and if they do want to bring it up, they definately better not be sensitive. that's just an easy way to get your feelings hurt if you're not prepared for it. whatever. u were both kinda wrong.

I believe I would have had the principle called up on charges of racism himself. It was wrong for either of you to be fighting, but the favoritism that principal showed was nothing short of blatant racism.

lol.......

both of u were wrong.... u should of just said something like

"if i were a racist i would tell u where u could go........"

but then again guess that would be racist 2

but u were kinda racist for saying "burned black ***" saying go back to Africa would of just been enough.. even tho he said pale

Play their game, your parents should sue the school, bring a lawyer into this situation.
Obviously the principal is a hateful sack of crap that is favoring his fellow African American.
