I definitely know about the 20-ish man and 40-ish woman, I am 42 and have had a lot of young men ask me out. They want someone with experience and maturity, and someone who knows what they want and is not afraid to go for it. I would imagine it's the same way with the 34 man and 53 woman. Some older women like the attention from the younger men, but like the young guys, I value experience and maturity, so I am attracted to older men, mostly in their 50's. I don't want to have to teach my lover what to do, I like an older man who knows what to do.
