Transgender is actually still considered a DSM IV diagnosable illness and so they are technically mentally ill. Beyond that, for her own safety she should either be put in protective custody or in a female prison.

I'll bet good money that someone, somewhere, at some time in recorded history has gone to prison AND has had a penis.

no it is not unreasonable. thats what your supposed to do. if you put "IT" in a female prison, "IT" would rape the other inmates.

it should be a factor that is considered when deciding upon the appropriate accommodations..I guess that is why Wardens have jobs
