19x - 3(5x-0.065) = 3x + 0.615 distribute through parenthesis
19x - 15x + 2.145 = 3x +0.615 combine like terms
4x + 2.145 = 3x + 0.615 subtract 3x from both sides
4x (-3x) + 2.145 = 3x (-3x) + 0.615 simplify
x + 2.145 = 0.615 subtract 2.145 from both sides
x +2.145 (-2.145)= 0.615 (-2.145) simplify
x = -1.53 --> --> --> --> YOUR ANSWER!!!!

19x – 3(5x – 0.065) = 3x + 0.615
19x - 15x + .195 = 3x + 0.615
4x + .195 = 3x + 0.615
x = .42
