Yes. Intel core 2 duo are powerfull processors. They will run photoshop.

The Intel Core 2 duo is a processor, making it operating system and program independent. It doesn't actually care WHAT program you run on it. And yes, it should be more than powerful enough to run Photoshop.

To run p/shop for mac you need mac os. The processor is irrelevant.
