Domain names: if i buy one, how long do i have to wait to sell it?

And, does it vary according to each extension (.com .net .info, etc)?

You can sell once the domain is registered to you. Use a payment processor like PayPal.
The best site to buy domains is www.godaddy.com plus their transfer procedure is very easy.

You own the rigts to that Domain name and you must renew it every year. when you stop paying then they will offer that domain again.

You can sell it immediately. Be careful.
