Well, actually this is something that I stumbled upon by pure chance and I noticed every time I do it it relaxes me.

I go out and water my plants, and do a little gardening. I guess is the contact with earth that relaxes my mind, which in turn makes me forget without noticing whatever anger I have inside of me.

I also use this when I am really stressed out, it does work great for me, once I feel calm, I am balanced once more.

Seriously, take a walk or keep yourself busy-anything to get your mind off the incident or the person that made you angry. Personally, I usually cry and although I hate it because I see it as a sign of weakness it helps a lot because after a while I feel relieved and able to move on.xxx

I don't unfortunately, I tend to store it all up and try to be calm and focused. I still brood over things that happened years ago, maybe if I had thrown a strop at the time I would be over it all now. If I could go back intime I would like to throw a real radge and get it all out!

I've a quick temper so it just overflows and I explode for a brief period, then it passes and I'm ok again.
If I'm trying to hold it back, I usually clean something around the house and it calms me down.
Failing that, I pop a xanax and chase it with some wine or Jack.

I don't like to get rid of my anger. I like to save it up until it explodes into pure rage and then I do something entirely regretable. It works for me..
