wow, that sounds like an antique! i just used to buy the panties with the layers of ruffle and put them on over my daughters tights. or else a pair of matching shorts to the color of the dress!☺

Sweetie I don't know, but i know what you're referring to. Way back hen I was a little one,, we called ours bloomers. They were nylon slips with legs. All the girls wore them.
