Never heard of a Kenwood dryer, are you sure you don't mean a Kenmore??? If so, once you have the top up, you have to remove two screws, (one on each side near the top), that hold the front to the sides . Once these are removed, (assuming you've already disconnected the dryer from the electrical source), disconnect the two, (or three), wires from the door switch and lift up on the front panel. It should lift off a couple of small clips on the bottom edge of the sides, and come right off. Once this is off, you have to take the drum out of the case, find and remove the old dryer belt, and install the new one over the drum at the same point where you see the wear point from the old belt. It will dangle loose at the bottom after you put the drum back in, then lay on the floor in front of the dryer, reach back inside and attach the belt thru the idler pulley and around the spindle that sticks out from the motor and you're ready to put the front back on. Reinstall everything just the opposite of how you took it off and you should be ready to go.

Corky is correct, except you dont have to remove the drum.
Just loop the belt around it and make sure the ribbed side of the belt is against the drum. A picture of how the belt loops around the pulley should be on the bag that the belt came in.
Put the back back on, it didnt need to come off and ask first the next time and save yourself some trouble.
