If two men who were identical in every way-
physically, mentally- everything the same, except one was a democrat and the other a republican-
got into a physical fight to the death (no weapons) which would win?

That's like asking who is going to win: someone with blondew hair or someone with dark hair. Or someone who speaks swedish or someone who speaks berber.
Political party has nothing to do with who is stronger, or smarter -- and asking who is "better" is just trying to provoke an argument.
It's a nonsensical question, since party affiliation has nothing to do with who is more capable of defending themself in a fight.

Nobody, because the Republican would probably attack a 3rd person (like a small child wearing jewelry) who seems like an easy victory and owns a valuable commodity. Then justify it by saying that the Democrat he is fighting with is a person, and so is the child, so there is a link between the two and as long as we fight the child, the Democrat can't fight us.
Oh, and then throw billions of dollars at the problem, lose thousands of soldiers in the process, and be no closer to solving the problem six years later.

Republicans would win.
Republicans are the Working People. They work hard and pay taxes.
Democrats either watch TV, or set at the Computer all day, and draw Welfare Checks.
You don't get many muscles drawing Welfare.
