i would care because we would have to use more of our resources to help people in a different part of the world that wouldn't help us if we were in need of it.

Any time a person dies it is a sad thing and I would care. Even if someone is evil that doesnt mean you should be happy they died. I dont think people in Iran are evil though.

I lived in middle east ......you will now that how much is bad this people......you can ask the question in this way if earthquake was any where in the world either in Iran neighbor or in Europe how much the Iran will care?

Indeed I would feel sad. It's nice to help out other countries and such with problems like natural disasters but when it comes to "helping them obtain democracy", we have no business in there country.
Message to US: Stop playing the "Global Police" role. We wouldn't want anyone coming into our country changing the way we think, so why should we do that to other countries?
