I do quite a few times a day, because if I don't I can get behind with updates from various sites, and emails from various people.

I check it every time i am online.I check it because i am trying to sell some stuff and to see who asked a question also to see if i have an answer to a question i have asked.

every chance I get, It is like Christmas getting a new email from someone but I hate spam. relative lives in another country and we communicate through email it is cheaper then phone.
