Strangely NO!! You should use Brown for live, mark the grey with blue tape or sleeving and use as neutral. Mark the black with green/yellow sleeving or tape and use as earth along with the steel armour. The colours brown/black/grey are to identify three phases, not single phase use. Use proper CW/BW 20s glands at the terminations.

You have 3-phase coloured cable.

Use the grey as nuetral but mark it with blue tape so the next user knows its the nuetral.

Make sure you gland it correctly to ensure the SWA is earthed at both ends.

You can earth the spare ( black ) cable if you wish. If you do so, mark it up with green/yellow sleeving or tape.

brown, black and grey are 3-phase colours.to use as single phase use brown as live, black as neutral with blue sleeving on it, and grey as earth with green and yellow sleeving on it.ensure swa is terminated properly as metal sheath is also an earth.

Jayktee 96 is quite correct in what he says, but you also need to earth the armour as well when you terminate it.
Preferably at both ends but certainly at one end.
