How do we deal with these problems. Top notch education is only available to white people with money. All minorities are left with horrible quality public schools. Without an education we cannot find high paying jobs... So why shouldn't there be equal educational opportunities for all? Why can't I attend a university? I want to...BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM, I don't have the cash or the time to do so.
It is impossible for a black man to be successful in today's society. Discrimination is rampant and white people don't understand. There is a glass ceiling in the corporate world for women and minorities.
Next time a white male brags about his accomplishments, point out how easy it is for them to make it anywhere and how hard it is for you to work two jobs and raise two young children in my early twenties... Tell them that I deserve more than they ever will. They will never know what it's like... Agree?

Even with affirmative action, and grants for minorities. The chance of a black person getting into college is SLIM. Anyone who tells you it is easy is lying. Our schools aren't easier they are just terrible schools. I have two kids to take care of too. The burden of caring for them should fall on society's shoulders, not someone like me.

I'm trying to raise awareness of the REALITY of society. Anyone who disagrees is ignorant, any minority who disagrees is giving into the system.

Is the type of racism you describe real? OF COURSE IT IS....and it's effects are far more acute and tenable than most people (esp Caucasians) realize. Are there very real differences in educational and business opportunities that are based on race in this country...again...clearly there are.
These race-based inequities and disadvantages are horrendously frustrating and terribly wrong...but no more frustrating or wrong than you (and others w/ a similar "victimized" mindset) using angry self-righteousness as a justification to advance your own racial stereotypes, prejudice and race-based hatred.
Your self-pity is doing much more than racial prejudice ever could to determine your station in life.
You can blame...hate...distort....over generalize... misinterpret... and point an accusatory finger all you like...it won't help you find a way past the obstacles you face and get the life you desire...it only serves to cloud your judgment by providing you what seems like valid EXTERNAL reasons for your failures. When people fail...it's almost always internal...they fail themselves!
I'm not naive...I know racism is real...I've seen it...felt it and lived w/ it for most of my life as well. You only "deserve more than they ever will"...if you actually go out and earn it...not because you chose to be an articulate "victim" of racism.
**EDIT**
I saw your initial post...despite being a completely bigoted rant... as simply being an extension of your frustration for some of the very real issues you raised.
But when you post arrogant...COMPLETELY SELF-ABSORBED BS like...it's "societies responsibility"...and NOT yours to raise YOUR children (that "Whitey" forced you to have...right??)...and that anyone who disagrees w/ you is "ignorant"... you make it CRYSTAL clear to everyone reading your comments why life SHOULD beat you up...and spit you out...just like it's doing...BECAUSE YOU DESERVE IT!! You're an embarrassment to your family and people of color the world over.
Rather than blame white people...if you're curious as to why you are a failure...find the closest mirror and gaze upon reality.

First thing first: you are never too busy to go to college. That's why they have online and weekend classes.
Second, any person of any race who runs into a company or school who is racist or prejudice, you don't want to be a part of that organization anyway. Good companies and schools go off who did it the best and who worked the hardest. I've been in college for a year and a half, and to me, the only color that matters is green. When I go pass the financial aid office, there's at least one kid of every race in that line. These days, the students who have low income get the help before those with high income. So no, it's not white people getting everything and black people aren't.
I don't see what's unequal about the college system. We all have to fill out the same application and the same tests, for the most part. You can still go to school if you're broke. The school will work it out for you. They did it for me.

Always easy to blame others for your failures, isn't it? I'm not white, I'm a Hispanic woman. I don't have two kids or work two jobs, I'm a college student who has studied to achieve her goals. Top notch education is reserved for those people with money, not just white. You have money, your children will go to good schools. The government sets racial quotas for minorities and women to be hired, how are we being discriminated? We are give preference! They see us as people that have to be lend a helping hand, that is racist in my opinion. What, affirmative action didn't help you? Did you studied in high school to earn scholarships to go to college? Did you do that? I've seen successful black people and they would be ashamed of you.
Edit- You have two kids and you say their upbringing should fall on society not yours. They're your kids, take care of them and stop complaining! Is not dificult for a black person to get into college if they study and actually keep their grades up. Any minority who disagrees with you isn't giving into the system. You are giving into the system by saying we minorities can't fend for ourselves which is what the KKK believes in. You are embarassing us by acting like a loser who made bad choices in life and now is playing the race card.

I think your mostly right ! But I well say , that I cant get into those good schools either . Im trying to go to a community college , and its going to cost me thousands a semestir . On top of my car payment and rent and all the other crap that comes with living . I dont think i well be able to do it on my own. Im not black , but I also know what its like to struggle . The only color that matters any more in the world is green . Good luck man , just try hard and beat the stereotype and tell em to kiss your black butt ! The only one keeping you down is your self . Dont feel bad though , we all do it .

Who are you writing this to? C'mon brother we know that todays society is not balanced because its only been thirty something years since african americans were givin full rights. i understand that most of african american parents did not get a good education because its only been 30yrs to do so. I understand where your coming from because whites had 400yrs of real learning thats why they are more affluent, because their parents were able to have an education with out racial discrimination. But remember this is yahoo, and most people would'nt care **** about you, so try and keep your matters to your self because your answers would be racially based.

Instead of crying about racial inequalities, get off of your butt and do something. You want to go to university? Then go! Work part-time, save your money and put it towards your education. It is a copout to say that it is the "white" man's fault that black males are treated so badly. If you want to get out of your situation and make a difference in the world, then DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

Black people can and have succeeded in this american society. Life is a game with a lot of twists and turns. Those who are smarter have obtained the ability to bob, weave and avoid any obstacles that are in their path. I am succesful in my life and business and it was not easy. I expected nothing to be given to me and that has always given me the motivation to succeed where others have failed. Its all about being flexible and making smart decisions.

you do have a point about unequal education, but if your school was so much easier, and if they wasnt teaching as much it should have been easier, than why didnt you make straight A"s in high school and get a full scholarship, believe it or not, they give those out to black ppl too

I don't agree with you.
Oprah Winfrey is a great example that a black person can succeed in the USA.
She is black, female, not physically attractive.
Yet she made it to the top of the financial world.
And there are whites who are failures who never succeed.
