AAAARrrgh how I hate plea bargains. If the justice system actually want justice then they really need to quit gambling and have a proper trial...lazy gown wearing So and So's

I would never say I did something I didn't do. First of all I would get a GOOD lawyer, and hope and pray (s)he is able to produce reasonable doubt to keep the jury from unanimously convicting me. If I get convicted and get the death penalty, then I have to accept that.

I know I'm innocent, I will never say I did somethign I didn't do.
I would make my family and friends sad for somethign I dnid't do.. Disgrace everyone I love and let the one who relaly commited the crime get away. I will say I'm innocent till the end.

It is always best to live to see another day, and that is my advice. But, personally, I would choose my honor over my freedom. I would never confess to a crime that I did not do.

face the death penalty, who wants to live in jail for the rest of y our life and especially for a murder you didnt commit. if the judicial system is that screwed up(probably is by now) just kill me now.

I'd never be caught in that situation myself, but anyone who is should demand a lie detector test and stick with maintaining innocence.

i would offer a lie-machine.
i would tell them to bring all scientist for testing me.
and i'd definetely keep saying that im innocent..
