They act like i am weird or something.and avoid me.and talk behind my back, isnt this discrimination unlawful .and i was turned down for a job once when i simply mentioned that i was a vampire and had to work nights, why do people act like this towards me. I am really not that bad of a vampire .i havnt cried about it. but it hurts me anyway

There is 2 things that you could be saying...
That you like being awake at night and say your a vampire as a joke.
Lot sof people like to work at night. That is fine.
If you think you really are a vampire, I suggest that you seek psychriatric help, because you are not.
Though no one can force you to have psychriatric help so long as you don't hurt people (like biting thier neck etc). It may still advisable.
I will NOT call you a freak though, These people who do such a thing are very insensitive and thick minded.
Perhaps you should consider keep these thoughts a secret; however, if you choose to tell everyone, you can do them for harresment.
As far as getting a job is concerned, no one is going to employ a person who behaves like this due to the fact that they do not feel such a person would be approapriate for possible threats, etc they may have.
Of course, if you wish to be a vampire (which you cannot literally be, but can pretend to be), then unless you are a threat or do some harm, then there is no reason to be subject to rejection on that basis.

Discrimination is not talking behind ones back, not being hired could be an act of discrimination but vampiring is not covered by this law, only discrimination based on: race, creed, color, national origin, age and disability. If you feel that your rights have been violated, you would need to seek legal counsel.
My question to you is if you feel as though people treat you differently when you tell this fact about yourself. Why not just not self disclose this information. In all the conversations I have had with people through out my life, this subject has yet to come up, so I do not see why it should cause you such grief. It seems you are doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results, if you do not want people to know this about you, do not tell them.

On the wall in the break room of your job is the law concerning discrimination. It is not legal to discriminate against Vietnam veterans but vampires are not mentioned.

When people find out you pretend to be a vampire, they realize that vampirism is a made up disorder. The human body cannot ingest more than a pint of blood without becoming violently ill due to the amount of iron in the hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is the red pigment in red blood cells that carries oxygen and iron.
Too must of anything is bad - including too much iron.
I think someone's watched Underworld a few too many times.

So you are a new immortal? Or are you a moralist who does not kill and steal from your victims that you need to work to survive, beings as a vampire in theory needs only night and blood? You need to brush up on the folklore of the undead before you play this game.

Well... I'm sure people have their reasons... A lot of people have problems with blood-sucking organisms. All you can do is be courteous and try not to let others get you down. I hope someday you can find people who respect you for who you are as a person and not just avoid you because of a stereotypical image of a vampire. Any way... Good luck and God bless...

I am sure it does hurt, but I would think twice about drinking someones blood, you will get HIV/AIDS. Its out there pal. Dont tell folks that you have to work nites cause your a blood sucker, tell them you have other engagements during the day that you have to work nites. That will eliminate that problem, and be carefull, you have weirdos out there that will try and put a stake thru your heart, I am telling you.
