does it interfere when trying to last long...

Don't come instantly when you masturbate, learn to hold back and make it last. It takes a lot of will power and much practice to know when to stop movement.

um I've never been with a guy who came quickly during masturbation nor sex, you must be a really quick shooter, usually condoms slow down the sensation or when you feel the sensation pull out and calm it down, holding it back is the best way to stop it

If you "Flex" your penis (Flex is probably not the word, but eh..) then yes you'll ejaculate quicker.
If you become hard and don't "flex" your penis and just let it be hard, then no, you wont ejaculate very soon.
(By flex I mean your trying to ejaculate, like if you are peeing and you try to pee harder, if you don't do that then you wont ejac. )
