Techno video, who did it?

The video was very much like a TOOL video, but the music was technoish. At one point in it, a very pale humanlike creature opens its mouth very wide and screams in an old ladies' face. I would love to know what the video is. So thanks to anyone who tries to help.

"Come to Daddy", by Aphex Twin, I believe. Directed by Chris Cunningham, who also did "Frozen" for Madonna.
