There's no one that I would want to instantly kill.
People who have tortured other people, maybe they should be tortured but killed instantly? No, that's too good for them.

that is a good question although I would normally say you shouldn't kill anyone, I heard on the news there was a guy who raped a 3 years old girl... I would make him drop dead he doesn't deserve the air he is breathing. I have two kids and if anyone hurt them I can say with confidence that I would be in jail for killing that person.

I would not kill anyone, but there are definitely a few I would wish continuous pain and suffering on and a very long life to postpone the relief.
