Science supports theory that people of West African descent needed to be strong and fast to survive, while whites needed higher intelligence to survive glacial winters where foresight and planning was instrumental.. Actually, that is rather stereotyping both sides. There are people of African descent that are exceptionally brilliant and have made it to MENSA and there are Whites that have become great athletes.
I live in the So. and have seen such stereotyping of not just Whites or African Americans but of almost every race you can come up with.
As for the gap in test scores for Blacks, it actually depends on the particular student and whether or not that student's parents are available/supportive or has inherited learning disabilities which can be overcome with intensive one-on-one help by either a peer who is doing well and willing to help or by a really well trained teacher who knows what is going on and willing to help the child after school and in private-out from the scrutiny of their critical peers. Many of the poor test scores by whites and blacks are due to boredom, undiagnosed dyslexia, and fear of being harassed for being smart (so they deliberately foul up their assignments/tests),
Yes. Kids who do well on their tests and class assignments are often bullied, and/or harassed to the point of being physically harmed, especially those who are not physically strong or big enough to take up for themselves!
I have seen THIS BEHAVIOR with my own eyes and other witnesses!
Smart kids were teased and bullied unmercifully back when I was in HS and things haven't changed much in all these years!

LOL, both are no.
Blacks ARE NOT better athletes than whites, it's just where they grow up. Most blacks grow up in the inner-city and the only way out is either being a pro-athlete or being a rapper, that is fact. And no, whites are not smarter, it goes on an individual basis.

Except using your theory and assuming it were true, you are basing your assumptions on evolution being stagnant. If blacks then migrated to the West, then surely their brains and thought processes would evolve accordingly, hence why there are great many "blacks" achieving the same academic status as their "white" friends. As far as athletes go, how many whites are world champion swimmers? Your theory is stupid, generalised and cliched.
