DON"T USE TOOTHPASTE!! If you have plastic lenses it will ruin them. Take them to eyemasters or one of those places. Preferably where you bought them. They can buff them with the proper equipment. They may be able to save them.

White toothpaste has a very mild abrasive that might work. Jewellers use a very mild abrasive compound to polish the plastic "crystals" of watches - maybe you could buy some, or get them to do it.

try toothpaste rub it in gently on the scratch and then wash it off
