I'm a huge doors fan and I am specifically addressing those of the 60's who got a good look at Jim Morrison and actually experienced their music close up and live. Please tell us of such an experience, such as the lighting, the sound equipment used, the smell, and anything else you remember.

oh my god I wish! I am a teenager, but I am absolutely in love with the doors. Jim Morrison wasn't only a great singer and sex symbol, he also had some bad-*** poetry. i was there. also Jimmi ; Janice; etc. what can i say it was almost 50 years ago. just believe whatever they tell you in your history books. the lighting was one spotlight the sound was from dinky little amps; and the only thing you could smell was pot. any more questions
