i sure hope the runner is not hit by some one who is not paying attention to thier driving. it is human nature for almost all drivers to only be watching for a car or truck and not a runner or a motorcycle or a bicycle. i also think if it is daytime to wear some thing colorfull to draw attention to it and see the runner. sane thing at nite but have a light of somekind an make sure its not bright enough to blind a driver

I usually wonder why I don't have enough self discipline to be out doing the same. I'm kinda lazy like that.
