Why can't I see pictures on my computer when they come up with a red x in left top corner?

Trying to see seating plan at cinema and it won't show it.
Had this before and fixed it but forget how I did it!!!

These are the four items that we make sure every customer has for viewing pics and playing games.

If I am not mistaken, this will cover your specific issue.
Go to all four sites and get all 4 of these items. Some of the sites will let you know if you already have it or not.

it means you have to downlaod either the latest version of "flash plug-in" or "java"
