I had a miscarriage in April of this year, it was a natural miscarriage. and from then i had 2 normal periods, i thought they were regulating and the end of june i had 2 lots of brown discharge kind of dark to light brown and these lasted for a week each, with a week between both "doses". i really dont understand whats going on, i just want everything to go back to normal.i did not have a d and c and i was about 5 weeks pregnant, and i feel like i have to go to the toilet a lot and i have some cramps. no temperature and i have a sore head. Please Help

I would go to the doctor and have them run some tests and perform an ultra sound to make sure all of the old fetal tissue has passed. If it hasn't they need to remove it or it will cause an infection, and cause you to become sterile.

The period & discharge thing is normal. The only thing that seems odd is the sore head. It does take some time for your cycle/discharge to go back to normal (Longer than you think). If the headaches don't stop, see the doc.

I'm sorry. But periods can always be irregular--especially after a miscarriage. You should probably see your doctor because of your constant thirst and headache.
