My cousins and I are playing a game where we have to sneak up on, or jump out at each other and scare each other. Does anyone have any tips of how I can scare them?

hit them in a place were they have the expectation of privacy or solitude...i.e bathroom or sleeping, etc...

Nope. Sorry! I see no reason for playing such games on people, especially adults who might have a medical condition like heart trouble. That kind of a game can literally scare them to death. Would you want to be responsible for something like that?
