I would not rule that out, after all he used dirty tricks to get into office, and again to get re elected, so why not use a dirty trick to stay there, after all gods work is not finished yet.

If they do declare Marshall law I will be ready for it.I have been preparing for it for the last 12 years.I got food,water guns ammo I have all this stock piled incase somthing like this ever happens.I think that if there is another planed terrorist attack there will be Marshal Law.Most people think I am a weirdo for doing this but they will be the ones tradeing me the fillings out of their teeth for some food or to use my well.

I assume you mean martial law.
Won't happen, because the army would not support the coup.
No, he's just going to issue executive orders, ignore the courts, and stonewall any Congressional opposition.
He doesn't need the military if nobody is going to take action to stop him. And given that he's continually broken federal laws for 5 years, there's no evidence that anyone has the guts to actually do anything to stop him.
