When u ask this question u are making a big mistake.Cause it is like asking what is the difference between an orange and a fruit.Cause an orange is in the group of fruits too.
Never forget that love is a lust too.U cant find differnces between lust and love cause love is in the group of lusts.
But why people see love differnt is cause love has special and difffernt properties that makes people think that it is not lust.But when u love someone it means u have a lust automatically and it is why love is a kind of lust.

Love means wanting the very best for another person. Lust means wanting a sexual union with another person. You would not lust after your child, sibling or a parent or even most other people. But you can love them all. God is Love. In the 10 commandments lust is forbidden.

I think you are referring to love between two adults where physical attraction is there in the beginning of a relationships.Loving feelings lead to a romantic feelings in the adults and when the romance turns in to physical relationship it can cause feeling of lust in a person who is not very mature.
The maturity of a person lies in his or her ability to sacrifice ones physical desires in order to respect and honor the feelings of the other person.
Lust is one sides obsession of a physical attraction.
Lust is known as one of the Cardinal Sins in many religion because it has disastrous ending.
Loving is a sacrifice where as lust is an obsession of possession.
Many a times love becomes lust without the knowledge of the person, because lusting is a subconscious phenomenon.
Lust converts love in to a game of winning or losing while disrespecting the other person.

Real love is on an entirely different plane than lust. There are dozens of different kinds of love (love for parents, siblings, country, God, spouse, child, friends, even enemies); there is only one kind of lust. Love is wanting what's best for another person, period. Lust is wanting someone's body and really has very little to do with love.

Love is complete dedication to one person, and even though you may still have lust in your heart you control that lust through the love you have. If you find you cant control the lust then you never had love to begin with.

Lust is pheromones and hormones a normal chemical state.
In love usually means out of love too..
Giving and accepting without needing and wanting..
So both people adhering to the above would be love.
