1) 1 qt = 2pt
19 pt

2)11 wins 14 losses
11:14 ratio of wins to losses

3)12/33 cannot be expressed as k(4/11) k being a constant; hence, they're nor proportional.

2 pints = 1 quart
so 9 pints = 4.5 quarts
So 5 qt 9 pt = 5 +4.5 = 9.5 qt

Team lost 25-11 = 14 games
So ratio wins to losses is 11/14.

Cross multiply
4*33 = 11*12
132 = 132, so yes they are equal to each other.

1. you have to find out how many pints are in a quart.

2. the ratio asks for wins to losses, which would be wins/losses. How many wins if the numerator and how many losses is the denominator

3. The quick way to see if the fractions are proportional is to cross multiply them. Multiply the numerator of one fraction with the denominator of the other fraction. Do the same with the other numerator and the other denominator. If they're equal, the fractions are proportional.
