I'd like to have the transverse fibers of my mid cerebellar peduncles replaced with bungee cord. I would also like to have my left elbow simonized. I have petitioned Ms. Pelosi to have this done at government expense. She advised me to call her administrator for such affairs, a Ms. Helen Waite. So, that's what I'm going to do...go to Helen Waite.

I truly hate my fat thighs...I have been thinking about getting them sucked out but I'm really not down for all that pain!
