Iv got 7 badges nd i already beat every1 in team galactics warehouse nd main building in veilstone city so now everytime i try to got to sunshore city this guy stops me and says the powers down there. Idk wut to do now ! iv been stuck on this for weeks can sum1 please help me out on wut i have to do nxt!!! thnx soooo much I did release Mesprit, Uxie , and Azelf b4 I left and for battleing MT Coconet is he in a cave or sumthing?? i go into a cave in celestic town but a girl working for team galactic says i cnt get to the peak of MT Coconet from here nd says sumthing about hearthome city im soo confused please help me out !!!!!!!!!

Here's a more detailed answer:
Go to hearthome city, and go left. Keep going left and slightly up until you see the entrance to Mt. Coronet. Go in THIS entrance, and keep going through the Mt. You will eventually reach the top, where you battle the team galactic leader and catch Dialga. Bonus tip: After catching Dialga, keep going foreward, and there's an item on the ground. It's a hold item: and orb made especially for dialga. Hope I helped!! :)

You need to get the HM Rock Climb in Route 217 and go to the top of Mt. Coronet. There, you need to defeat the Team Galactic boss and catch Dialga. That should do it!
